About the Job
We are looking for experienced Painter / Fiberglass Technicians. Responsibilities include performing a variety of paint and fiberglass projects on yachts.
- Ability to perform Fiberglass repairs
- Ability to create fiberglass components from template to final product
- Understand fiberglass process, methodology, and products
- Understand various paint systems
- Cleans tools and work area
- Works with other technicians as needed
- Able to cooperate with other departments to accomplish project goals
- Follow defined instructions and procedures
- Can work independently
- Have tools necessary to perform job duties
Experience & Requirements
The right candidate will have a minimum of four-plus years’ experience working on high-end yachts and pride themselves on delivering a quality product.
- Experience working with Fiberglass on high-end yachts
- High School Diploma or GED
- Drivers License and good driving record
- Proper Tools

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
