A Personal Note from Dave Gillen Sr.
As we close out 2025, I find myself reflecting on what truly matters—and it always comes back to family.
Gillen Yacht Services started as a family business over 30 years ago, and it remains one today. My wife Kathy and I built this company on the belief that relationships matter more than transactions, that craftsmanship matters more than shortcuts, and that integrity isn’t negotiable.
Now, watching the next generation step into leadership—our daughter Nicole as HR & Marketing Director and our son Dave Jr. as Technical Engineer overseeing all Service Delivery—I’m reminded that the best legacy isn’t what you build, but who carries it forward.
You, our clients, are part of this extended family. Many of you have been with us for decades. You’ve trusted us with vessels that represent significant investments, yes—but more importantly, vessels that carry your families, create your memories, and enable your adventures. That trust is something we never take lightly.
This holiday season, as you gather with those who matter most, know that everyone at Gillen Yacht Services—from our leadership team to every technician, fabricator, and craftsman—is grateful for the privilege of serving you.
