Gillen Yacht Services provides four locations for the convenience of our customers. The headquarters location located at Harbour Towne Marina in Dania provides haul out for vessels up to 100 tons. The advantage of this location is the dockage located just steps away from our fully equiped shop which houses our carpentry, welding, mechanical and paint booths. Technicians convenient access to in house stocked parts and special order desk provide an extremely efficient way to service customer yachts up to 100 ft. The second Ft Lauderdale shop is located at LMC – Safeharbor Lauderdale Marine Center one of the largest repair facilities in the world. This location provides the best option for our megayacht customers featuring haul out capabilities for vessels up to 485 tons. Our highly skilled technicians operate out of a fully equiped on site shop to handle the most complex service requests. Palm Beach customers can receive all the same services as our Ft Lauderdale locations thru our onsite location at Seminole Marine Boat yard where vessels can be conveniently hauled up to 100 tons. Our 15,000 sq. ft Palm Beach Fabrication and Mechanical shop is always standing by to provide support at the Seminole location and wherever your vessel may be located.

By going to one of our 3 marina locations you will receive the most cost-effective servicing. For the most cost-effective servicing, we have dockage located just steps away from our shop and parts center . This allows for ease in fabrication and access to technology to get the job done without making the back and forth trips necessary for many of the more complex jobs.

While traveling to the Caribbean or East coast, our company aircraft with parts and technicians are prepared to fly to you wherever you may be in need.”

Yes, Gillen Yacht Services represents the full Delta T product line including fire dampers for A60 class vessels. We design, install, repair, and service the Delta T fire damper, engine room ventilation, and moisture eliminators. With our strong relationship with Delta T, the premium supplier of ventilation products, we have the ability to access the Delta T archives which provide the detailed information on Delta T systems when installed during the original boat build. This allows for a fast and more cost-effective solution to get your engine room back to safe operational parameters which protects and extends the life of your equipment – while improving overall performance.
Our team has technicians which are certified and factory-trained to provide quality service in all areas of yacht systems from service to new installs. Gillen Yacht Services have skills in all yacht trades including electrical, electronics, air conditioning, watermakers, diesel engines, generators, thruster, stabilizers, running gear, paint and fiberglass, custom carpentry, and fabrication. While we primarily provide services for larger vessels as part of our full-service capabilities, we often handle our customers’ dingys and specialized tenders.
Absolutely, we have a good history working with marine insurance and adjusters to get your vessel back on the water. Whether it be an electrical issue resulting from a lightning strike to a catastrophic yacht sinking, we are prepared to work with you and your adjuster to get you back up and running.
Gillen Yacht Services works with brokers and boat surveyors to perform the detailed mechanical system surveys associated with engines and generators. Oil samples and testing both at the dock and during sea trials provide the owners with an analysis of how mechanical systems are performing and have been maintained. Due to our full-service capabilities, we are often able to assist both potential buyers and brokers in estimating costs associated with deficiencies identified during surveys.
